Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan , Kasturba Gandhi Marg. I was in this premiere Reverend K,M Munshi School from 1969 to 1977. I was the School captain for the year 1977 as also the school topper. K.M Munshi parampara remains with me till date.
St Stephen’s College , DU. I was a direct admission to this India # 1 college doing Batchlor’s in Physics. Post my Masters at St Stephen’s College DU, I was inducted as a young faculty into the institution at the age of 22 years. I taught Quantum Statistical Mechanics to the 3rd year students.
I taught , Advanced Mathematical Physics to 2nd year students, in this institution, Hindu College , DU in 1984-85 post my duties as faculty St Stephen’s college
Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, where I did my PhD in Biochemistry . This institution trained me in : Bio-analytical methods using multiple platforms like NMR, EPR, Spectrophotometry, Flow Cytometry, Cell Culture. This institution taught me E coli genetics. I also did my first post doc at this institution. I was adjudged the best faculty for the year 1990.
At University Of Maryland Cancer Center I learnt Cell & Molecular Biology and signal transduction. I picked up stem cell culture, PCR, Western blot techniques at this institution.
I did my final and third Post Doc from Mayo Clinic Rochester , 1993-4. Here I learnt Mammalian Genetics.
I joined USV Ltd, Mumbai as Head Of Research Biotechnology in 1996. With 157 scientists / associates in 15 years landed 7 life saving injectables. This was my giving back to mother earth.
I joined Sun Pharma as a Consultant in 2011-12
I joined Kiit University as a Full Time professor where I delivered 5 theory courses and 3 lab courses
I retired in 2023
I am a professor troubleshooting technologies for Pharma & Biopharma companies as well as teaching online from my residence.
